I specialize in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy and all kinds of trauma. Emotionally Focused Therapy to help couples let go of old, negative ways of relating and to create new, powerful, bonding moments that help the couple move into a new engaged, connected, caring way of relating to one another. I use this same method to work with families and heal hurt relationships.

With individuals, and sometimes couples or families, I use Neurofeedback, Brainspotting and EMDR for trauma, emotionally charged issues and stuck patterns. I often use these methods to help people overcome traumas (both big and small), to work with sports and other performance enhancement, to assist in healing and coping with health related issues and to change stuck patterns.

I offer a sliding scale fee when I can and welcome diversity in all it's forms. I offer a free phone consultation and do skype sessions when appropriate and requested.
