Neuroscience has confirmed that our Central Nervous Systems is capable to healing itself, or another way of saying this is that we live in a regenerative Universe; neuroplasticity. Neuroplasticity is the term that relates to our Central Nervous System's (CNS) ability to improve its own effectiveness in support of our personal survival, called renormalization in modern physics. The CNS is our 'adaptation instinct', as it were, functioning 24/7/365 to insure that we face all the changes and challenges resiliently that life throws our way. Without the ability to learn and mature from past experience, we would not do well in that face of change.
But when we are overloaded, a reality of our modern technological culture, our CNS loses its edge, and unconscious, compensatory behaviors take over in an attempt to keep our systems from burning out. Panic, phobias, over-exertion, illness, and over-intake are among the 'automatic' behaviors that 'take over' when we are overwhelmed with just too much that we have had to adjust to and our CNS has simply overtaxed.
The good news is that our CNS can renormalize itself if we know how to provide it with scientific, objective information about its own dysfunctional patterns in a non-aggressive manner. By providing it with moment to moment information, literally mirroring back to it its own inefficient activity, it is fully capable improving its resiliency in the face of future stress. This is called steeling effect, meaning that it is not what we go through but how capable we are of responding calmly to it and growing through it.
My track record in resolving people's symptoms of overload is very high. Even folks who have tried many other approaches and therapies to resolve their suffering find that this approach works quickly and effectively because this is the way that our systems are designed; to learn and mature from direct experience.
I have worked with world class musicians, athletes, therapists, children, and executives in helping them achieve ever higher levels of peak performance. I work with many children to normalize their behavior and improve their academic performance and this is quickly observed by their teachers and parents. I see many folks with anxiety and depressive symptoms and often, within 6 visits, they are already noticing a decrease of symptoms and that life is a happier place.
Many people come to me to who simply want more ease, joy, function, and peace in their lives, based on the recommendation of a friend or family member who has tried NeurOPTIMAL. When we are overloaded, when our systems have taken in more than they can process, we will experience unhappiness in the form of anxiety, depressive symptoms, poor focus, excitability, low interest in activities, low energy, panic, and the list goes on and on. Since biological imbalance has an equivalent psychological symptom, when our nervous systems are 'imbalanced', we will experience it as some negative psychological mood.
The good news is that our systems are regenerative just as the Universe we live in is regenerative. Neuroplasticity is this science, and the research which shows that our biological systems as capable to not only improving, but maturing in their conserving of biological energy, their main task. Survival has to do with sustainability, or sustaining life in an ongoing efficient way.
I would be happy to hear from you and am willing to answer your questions and concerns to help you decide is this approach might improve your situation.
I look forward to hearing from you.
