Using self-inquiry, authentic discussions and guided explorations, I help people discover who they are prior to and beyond their outworn beliefs, their limiting stories and roles, their grief, anger, anxiety and traumas.

As people shed and release what was never originally theirs and what is no longer beneficial, they begin to rediscover was is innate and authentic to them; an ease of being, a sense of openness, joy and spontaneity, an inner knowing and intuition they can trust and rely on, as well as a deep sense of peace, freedom and wholeness. As clients slowly unravel what keeps them bound, they discover that all these innate qualities were always already present, hidden under the muck of their pain and conditioning, waiting to be recognized and rekindled.

I work with a varied clientele on many therapeutic & psycho-spiritual goals. My areas of support include:

Anger management and conflict resolution

Acute or chronic anxiety

Sadness and loss

Feeling lost or stuck

Major life changes and transitions

Healing and integrating unresolved traumas

Shedding outworn beliefs and thought patterns

Navigating through difficult emotions

Living life in the present tense

Living life wide open, without evading or being invaded

Being wide awake to the peace and wholeness that is always already here

My work, both privately and in group settings, is personalized, dynamic and compassionate. I can help you navigate through difficult transitions & emotions, help you discover effective ways to deal with anger, anxiety, grief and unresolved traumas, as well as guide you on your path to Self-discovery.

The journey of therapy is in living life wide open, intimately and fearlessly. My goal is to help my clients discover what they long for, investigate what they wish to be free off & transcend what keeps them bound.

I offer a free 30 minute initial consultation followed by a discounted initial session.

I look forward to sharing your journey!

WIDE AWAKE WIDE OPEN - A RETURN TO WHOLENESS. Through Self-inquiry, guided explorations & authentic expression, we discover, connect to and release our core wounds and the knots that bind us. In groups we reveal and ignite our inner courage as we explore our deepest longing, share what is true for us in this instant, meet our edge, discover what is no longer needed and beneficial to us and unwind what is keeping us stuck and bound. Most sessions involve authentic sharing, guided explorations, somatic experiencing and inquiry into any beliefs, personal stories and unresolved pain that limit and bind us, and some form of playful / relaxing movement to help assimilate any insight and release any residues. $10 to $20 donation.
