Are you overwhelmed with Worry, Sadness, Uncertainty? Are you who you thought you were? How would your life or relationships be different after Therapy? There can be effective ways to manage and gain better understanding of the issues, feelings and questions facing you. The first step is getting your support, your safety net... someone who sees you and hears you and understands where you are coming from.

I will offer you support, compassion and empathy in a safe and comfortable non judgmental relaxed atmosphere. We can share our knowledge and together we can develop a trusting relationship,

I come from a strength based, integrative approach with elements of CBT, SFT, and am a trained EMDR therapist. I am also trained in the John Gottmann Method for couples therapy which has 20 years of empirical research behind its methods. Together we can identify issues, enhance your coping skills, develop strategies for depression, anxiety, trauma or relationship troubles. I will provide you with a fresh perspective on difficult problems, and can point you in the direction of a solution.

I have two office locations for convenience in Louisville and one in Longmont. Every session is unique and caters to each individuals therapy needs and beliefs.
