My work Interweaves spiritual healing modalities with a strong foundation in counseling (MA in Social Work with a concentration in Treatment. I offer mentoring and counsel for conscious relationships, somatic awareness, and life transformation. I've worked with individuals, couples, groups in private practice for more than 30 years (registered/unlicensed). I offer classes and retreats utilizing whole brain activities, evoking rich, creative expression for deeper self exploration. As a Shamanic practitioner and teacher, I also provide Soul Retrieval, Power Animal Retrieval, and other ceremonies. I've had a deep calling and life experiences, initiations if you will, that led me to pursue advanced trainings to refine my skill and craft. Any offerings are always/only with client's knowledge and permission. Some practices are free, and some are offered on sliding-scale basis. I bring my commitment, presence, humor, and expertise in the areas of relationship, trauma, body-mind awareness, spirituality and addictions.
