I work with individuals, couples and families, with special interest/expertise in supporting step-families.

I'm also fascinated by the intersection between spiritual and emotional wellness. While I work with clients who don't identify as either "spiritual" or "religious," I'm open to exploring the connections with clients when they find it useful.

My approach is systems-focused and strength-based. I'm currently enrolled at Denver Family Institute, pursuing advanced training in marriage and family therapy. My background includes community mental health, crisis intervention, and youth and family ministry. In addition, I've led numerous workshops on communication and faith formation.
