Helene Mentzel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in practice for over 22 years. She has many specialties in the the following areas including, but not limited to: PTSD and Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Peri-Natal Mood Disorders, Adult Children of the Self Absorbed and Abusive Parent(s). Helene runs groups on how to heal and move on from narcissistic relationships of spouses, lovers, parents, siblings, friends, and/or employers. The groups focus on overcoming feelings of inadequacy, abandonment,betrayal, low self-esteem, trauma, and move towards enhancing a positive sense of self, becoming empowered, and setting healthy boundaries.
