Groups
This workshop is packed with information and inspiration to explore supporting you to overcome the effects of complex trauma so that you can live your purpose with confidence. I offer, visualizations, exercises and self assessments to understand your responses (reactions?) to the world. I created this group as a place where women could feel connected to others who have experienced similar effects. Drawing from the guidance and wisdom of several books to create reflect work, we discuss this in groups and one-on-one in break out rooms. While it is not a “therapy group,” connection and sharing are important. A visually appealing keynote/power point deck complements the lecture and conversations with neuroscience and other topics. I share that deck with participants so that they do not need to take notes.
