I'm dedicated to helping individuals develop more resilience, ease, and engagement with life. My approach is well suited to the treatment and resolution of a variety of stresses and disorders, and I look forward to exploring with you how my work can be of benefit to you. It is my experience that those who seek me out benefit immensely from the healing balm of body-oriented psychotherapy, and I can anticipate the same will hold true for you. As a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner of many years, I know well the ways in which dysregulation of the autonomic nervous system can predispose one towards suffering. My manner of treating this dysregulation facilitates the re-emergence of health and balance in the system, ameliorating distress for you and your family. I have helped to graduate hundreds of clinicians studying Somatic Experiencing®, and as a frequent consultant for professionals integrating the SE® approach into their therapeutic practice I am familiar with the issues modern people face. I possess unique and valuable skills and capacities in the resolution of trauma, stress, and suffering.
