In my private practice, I work with couples using Stan Tatkin's PACT approach, as I am PACT Level 1 certified. The PACT model focuses on neuroscience, attachment theory, and the biology of human arousal. In general, with all clients, I tend to focus on lessening anxiety, improving self-care techniques, and supporting clients in becoming empowered adults who are capable of functional, fulfilling, and joyful lives.

Groups I will be offering a group in 2020 (beginning in February) for clients who identify as having the "Highly Sensitive Person" trait, deep feelers, and empaths. The group will be 8 weeks, and is co-facilitated by Arianna Smith, LPC, and the group will be held in Littleton, Colorado. Please email me for more information: or visit the website posted here. Thanks!
