We must turn and face our demons, and live with them as best we can without destroying ourselves. Psychotherapy provides a space where you can talk freely about anything. My training, personal therapy, and supervision allow me to listen deeply and non-judgmentally. You may be doing most of the talking in this process, but I won't be a blank screen. We will engage together in active, dynamic dialogue. Through this process you will come to learn and understand things about yourself that were previously too painful to accept. This courageous self-knowledge will lead to a more fulfilling life overall.

My fundamental approach to treatment is relationship-based. Together, we will develop a therapeutic alliance in which your needs are a priority. This will create a healing environment where you can recover access to all parts of your true self. Speaking freely without unnecessary self-censorship may be simple but it's not easy. I encourage you to try it out.

You do not need to commit to ongoing therapy when you decide to contact me. Our initial appointment will give us the opportunity to discuss your difficulties and how we can work together. We can have a phone conversation before arranging an initial consultation.

You may log in to your account at any time to edit your Listing.
