I am an AASECT-certified sex therapist, author of Rediscovering My Body, and an expert on sexless marriages. For nearly three decades, I have worked with individuals and couples navigating the complex terrain of desire, intimacy, and disconnection.

My approach is grounded in the belief that the body holds the key to healing. I do not treat symptoms in isolation. I work with the whole person, honoring the wisdom that lives beneath shame, performance, and habitual patterns. My work is direct, compassionate, and somatic. I meet my clients where they are and walk alongside them as they return to themselves.

I have taught at Naropa University, CU Boulder, and Boulder Community Health, and I have trained clinicians and healthcare providers in the integration of sexuality, embodiment, and trauma-informed care. My classes and retreats offer clients a path back to their bodies, their pleasure, and their relationships.

Whether I am working with couples in sexless marriages, women after cancer treatment, or individuals reclaiming their sense of self, my commitment is the same: to create a space where transformation is possible, where shame can be released, and where clients can reconnect to their innate capacity for joy, pleasure, and connection.
