Established in 2009, the Denver Women’s Counseling Center provides programs and services for the public and professionals covering a variety of issues that people face in today's challenging world.

EMPOWERING WOMEN At the Women’s Counseling Center, our definition of empowering women embraces the process of developing skills and behaviors that enhance self-nurturance, via connectedness to one’s body, mind, and spirit, to others, as well as to nature and the earth.

HELP, HOPE AND CONNECTION IN RELATIONSHIPS We recognize that relationships are an integral part of people’s lives. Experiencing difficulties in relationships can leave women and men with feelings of confusion, anger, hurt, loss, inadequacy, guilt, hopelessness and shame. Therefore, relationship issues are given ongoing attention.

Our programs and services are designed to help people understand and express themselves within the context of relationships while creating meaningful connections in their lives.

Counseling services include individual, couples, and family therapy for symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, women's issues, and perinatal mood disorders.

In addition, DWCC offers women's therapy groups addressing diverse themes. Many find that such group approaches to personal growth can provide an effective setting for exploring and supporting change in their lives.
