Fill Your Ideal Practice and Keep It Full: A System That Runs on Auto-Pilot

BPI Senior Faculty
TBA

Learning Objectives:

1. To understand that marketing a private practice doesn't need to be a mystery. There is a proven method that works in cities of all sizes and levels of saturation.

2. To understand the importance of having a strong website "hub" at the center of your private practice marketing.

3. To see how this can be created so that potential clients will find you when they're looking for help.

4. To learn how to create your content to impact and engage your potential clients, making them want to pick up the phone and call you.

5. To understand what blogging really is and how to easily use it to propel your growth.

6. To gain an understanding of optional paid advertising methods, what you might use and when to use them.

The Workshop: A predictable way of getting clients eludes most private practice owners. The yearning to become a successful private practice therapist is often met with the frustration of not being able to attract enough clients. Even when clients do materialize, these bounties are followed by long periods of "new client drought". This turns the excitement of the private practice journey into a doubt-filled trip that feels like it will never end. The good news is that unpredictable client flow is simply due to the lack of a reliable system, and it can be fixed.

This workshop will first give you an understanding of how potential clients look for therapists. Once you understand the different paths they take to find help, you will realize how and where you can insert yourself into their journey. In fact, you will see how you can not only appear in front of them, but you can ensure that they feel delighted to have found you -- the perfect therapist for them!

The system being taught in this workshop will enable you to make this happen "on repeat" for an array of ideal clients you wish to serve. Once you put this system in place, you'll then be able to simply focus on doing good work, because your ideal clients will appear on an ongoing basis.

The Workshop Leader: Becky DeGrossa, therapist and founder of CounselingWise (counselingwise.com), helps struggling practice owners 1) figure out why their marketing isn't working, 2) fix it, and 3) build full, thriving practices. While in private practice, herself, she mastered the art of steady client calls, and found that she loved marketing more than sitting in the therapist's seat. As of mid-2019, CounselingWise has helped 297 therapists build smart therapy websites, and the company has more therapists on page 1 of Google than any other company.
