My educational journey has taken me from Lincoln, Nebraska where I received a Bachelors Degree in Education and Exercise Science, to Minneapolis, Minnesota and Northwestern College of Chiropractic where I received my Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. Along the way I also served in places like India and Peru. Currently I'm the founder and owner of BioSoul Integration Center in Louisville, Colorado, previously known as Network Life Center.
I'm proud to say that I've been practicing since 2002. That's nearly two decades that I've been supporting people here in the Boulder / Louisville area! Over the course of that time I've worked intimately with nearly three thousand people and helped them navigate the ups and downs of their healing journeys. I've worked with babies who were hours old, as well as those in their nineties, and everyone in between.
Though I've helped this wide range of folks, those who seem to be most drawn to my work tend to be those who have felt the strong calling to do the work of leaning into their growth and evolution as human beings. Often these people are practitioners themselves of some sort, whether professionally or otherwise. They may be yoga teachers, meditators, acupuncturists, chiropractors, energy workers, shamanic practitioners, healers, spiritual seekers and others and they feel called to give their gifts and share what they've learned with others.
I believe that nothing in Life is a mistake. I believe that Life is inherently intelligent. Therefore, I believe that every experience is Life trying to get our attention because there's something in every experience that is important for our growth and evolution as human beings--that is, souls in a physical body. It's through experience that Life is trying to get us to claim more of who we are as souls and give more of our soul's gifts here, on this planet, in these physical bodies and in this physical existence, because the planet and everyone on it needs what we have to offer and needs the unique flavor that each of us brings to the table.
Some of the experiences that are the loudest, and yet are experiences that we expend the most energy trying to push away, are painful experiences. Over the course of those sixteen years I've discovered something vital to our physical, mental/emotional and spiritual health and well-being: the solution to our problems can be found in the pain and the painful parts of life.
When we turn towards our pain it becomes a portal that leads to a place in us where the illusion of separateness collapses and the parts of our bodies and souls that have been disconnected can be reunited. In this place the potential energy that was bound up in the pain and the polarity in our bodies and lives is transformed into wisdom that releases our bodies, informs our lives and compels us to give our gifts.

Hello, I am a Registered Play Therapist offering play therapy to children 3-13 years old and parent coaching. I love what I do. Through a non-directive, gentle approach I get to help children to recognize their inner strength empowering the child. During the process, typically the child experiences emotional and behavioral shifts, learns more coping skills, begins to self soothes more, has an increase in self confidence and self esteem and frees up things that have been blocking them for excelling. If needed social skills and/or boundaries are increased as well among other. I also work with you (the parents) teaching parent tools and advising. I work often with children with anxiety among other populations. I hope to hear from you and help you and your child. Feel free to check out my website for more info: www.childtherapyboulder.com

Experiences, thoughts, perceptions and/or behaviors create barriers and make us struggle to connect with ourselves and with others. The result can be feelings of emptiness, sadness, unhappy, angry, scared, hopeless, rejected, alone among others. This can be associated with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief and loss issues. Through therapy we can work integrating who you are and how you interact with the world in a way that will make you find yourself and be what you have always have wanted. I spent over 3 years working at a Children and Family Intensive Outpatient center as a bilingual therapist. I have attended trainings in EFT and play therapy among others and have experience treating attachment related problems with adults and children. I conduct counseling sessions in English or Spanish.

Trauma blocks our ability to see our own healing power. It derails our confidence in our amazing strength, radiance, and perseverance. I help people work through difficult events by helping them connect with this power already present within; I guide people in their journeys toward uncovering and embracing their own inner wisdom, creativity, and strength. Having someone witness and feel your joys and pains with you may be the most healing aspect of therapy. I offer you a safe space for us to explore the darkest and most difficult places together. You don't have to do it alone. Though we cannot control our emotions, by making friends with them we can find peace and maintain greater control over our lives. I hope to guide this process of embracing the colorfulness of the turbulent human heart, at a rate that is both gentle and challenging.

Life follows a continuous flow. Yet, when you hit a log jam in daily living, relationships, or stress, you can't flow at all. Anxiety or depression, stops you. Your inner critic quickly points out flaws, and you can start doubting yourself or your abilities. But don't give up or give in. I bring 25 years of helping clients move through change, and the search for meaning. My approach is strength-based, with a focus on how mental, emotional, and physical health are intertwined.
Also, I specialize in issues faced by people living with chronic illness, chronic pain, or invisible disability. It's only when you can bring full awareness to your chronic condition, that you gain control and the ability to choose your way forward. I work with individuals, their families and caregivers, and run the group "Chronic Illness, Resilience, and Life!"
